Nietzsche warned of a sickness—a physical and moral degeneration—that would peak in our age.

There is a war on you hormones. ON Your mind. On Your body. That goes way deeper than just pesticides, processed foods and social media.

You have been born into an environment that actively suppresses the nature of higher men.

To Friedrich Nietzsche, the most prolific philosopher of our age, a higher man is distinguished by his stronger nature and instincts—the drive for greatness, growth, and adventure. Higher men are the brave and creative ones that push the human species forward.

The last man, on the otherhand, is like a domesticated shih tzu. It is a man who no longer aspires, and instead, seeks ease and pleasure primarily. He is someone who has lost touch with his instincts, and is easily controlled.

And There is a vast conspiracy today, to turn people into the latter.

Nietzsche believed THE BODY is the originator of a man’s morality and greatness. No matter how strong your instincts are, they can be smothered by the lies, stress, and distractions of modernity. So let’s talk about how the body and mind are under attack.

Here’s the video of this script

DISTRESSED LIFE AND THE WAR ON INSTINCTS

In order for higher men to actualize their instincts, they must be connected to them.

This conspiracy against the greatness within man starts young. We teach kids how to work hard on bullshit, disconnect from their bodies in stuffy rooms, and achieve ends that are contrary to their nature. We teach them to idolize the overworked slave of capitalism, CEOs, and strung out celebriteis.

All the while, We fail to teach them how to lounge like a god.

How to give less fucks about what’s unimportant.

How to move with relaxed excellence.

How to follow their instincts heroically.

We basically indoctrinate them into a culture of dysregulation. Our economy and upbringing create a persistent state of fear, stress, or unconscious tension in the nervous system. which results in a cortisol centric life.

Basically, DYSREGULATION makes your body tight, it kicks you into fight & self-preservation mode, and cortisol becomes your dominant hormone rather than testosterone.

AND THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING in terms of a persons physiology, world view, morality, and instincts.

    SLAVE MORALITY VS ARISTOCRATIC MORALITY

When cortisol dominates your life, digestion slows, hormones become imbalanced, and the body weakens. This creates a mindset focused on survival, comfort, and fleeting relief.

Historically, slaves and peasants lived in constant fear and distress, shaping their morality around self-preservation and caution. They valued hard work, meekness, and safety as virtues to survive their harsh realities. Anything to keep them safe.

In contrast, as Nietzsche noted in Genealogy of Morals, aristocrats embraced a completely different value system. They valued leisure, courage, elegance, beauty, and martial prowess—qualities tied to vitality and freedom. The ancient greek aristocrats were famous for referring to themselves as the Truthful ones, because unlike the slaves and merchants, they had the power to tell the truth, even if it was to their disadvantage. Basically their morality revolved around excellence and radical freedom, rather than comfort and safety.

If you know anything about what supports Testosterone production, you would see the aristocrats were basically disciples of it. They spent most of their time lounging in repose, competing, and training for war. Their morality, if you could call it that, was a product of physical vitality rather than mental abstraction.

And across history, this was the dominant worldview of the nobility as well as for most pagan peoples.

Essentially, they lived a testosterone centered, high thumos existence. And all of their myths and culture was set up to sustain that.

HEALTHY LIFE IS THE WILL TO POWER

Physiologically, that which is most vital, is most relaxed. A spring sapling is supple and fluid while a dead leaf of fall is rigid and stiff. Likewise, the Healthiest life is Relaxed. It is at ease, and yet ready to act with explosive power. This is the opposite of distressed life, which is always busy and near exhaustion. Healthy life is connected to it’s natural flow of energy, hormones, and rapid digestion. This is critical, because the natural instincts come from the gut and body. (which we will talk about at the end.)

“A living thing seeks above all to discharge its strength–life itself is will to power; self-preservation is only one of the indirect and most frequent results.” – Nietzsche

Nietzsche pointed out, the instinct of healthy life is absolutely alien to the Distressed life of the herd. the instinct to towards self preservation or pleasure is only dominant in the weak or exhausted. The healthy man seeks to overflow and express his strength. He would choose a dangerous adventure over a safe mediocre existence any day, even if it might cost his life.

The healthy man, like a healthy animal, seeks to express his power first and foremost. The bird seeks to master the skies, the monkey seeks to master the canopies, and man, seeks to master all the open spaces and material world around him. Look at boys playing, they explore and compete relentlessly, in order to build prowess. This drive for mastery and freedom is the essence of the Will to power.

Nietzsche believed the Will to power manifests in 3 ways: weakest men seek comfort, weak men seek control over others, but higher men seek to overflow with vitality and greatness. This is the pinnacle aim of life – to turn your existence into a piece of living art.

This is why men of a still natural nature all share one dominant urge: to go on a grand and glorious adventure with comrades. To explore, conquer, and create something beautiful. This is the plot of every great story and myth, from the Illiad to The Lord of The Rings, for a reason.

Unfortunately, our chronic state of distress today blocks most men from their deeper instincts. Which often makes the world feel barren for people like you and i. And worst of all, when people fail to follow their instincts, they try to tear down the glorious ones who do.

Nietzsche said speaking of this decadence:  “I call an animal, a species, an individual depraved, when it loses its instincts, when it chooses, when it prefers, what is harmful to it.”

The pursuit of pleasure and stimulation and even self-preservation is not natural. It is only what happens when people are disconnected from their instincts, from their will to power, and feel trapped in captivity. Outside their natural environment.

It’s been said that The monkey in captivity resorts to jerking off since he has no more spaces to master. Similarly, a wage slave living in a city is often nihilistic and hedonistic.

Could you imagine an ancient Viking, or any tribesmen, Masturbating and eating sugar all day and living for the weekend? Hell no, they have spaces to master. All their culture and physiology impel them to be wild and glorious.

Open spaces and healthy life are synonymous. Open spaces foster community, meaning and masculinity. They also create a more regulated nervous system. All of Which are all the antidotes to addiction and pleasure seeking of distressed life.

So for everyone here, The quest is simple: create openness in your nervous system and your reality.

        INSTINCTS & METABOLISM

A healthy will to power comes from a healthy spirit in a healthy body.

Living a testosterone-centric life connects a man to his instincts and destiny. Unfortunately, many things in modern life disrupt hormones and digestion, and these are far more insidious than one could imagine.

          • Xenoestrogens are synthetic compounds that mimic estrogen and destroy testosterone,

They come from Microplastics in food and personal care products. And the average american consumes a credit card of plastic every week.

          • Pesticides like atrazine and glyphosate also reduce testosterone and are shown to feminize male animals.

Most of our processed foods are loaded with chemicals and endocrine disrupters, and on top of that, modern diets slow down the digestion an metabolism. This creates a vicious cycle of stress, self-preservation, and rigidity—a cortisol-driven life that blocks intuition and instincts.

As Nietzsche observed, proper digestion is foundational to vitality and genius. He famously wrote:

“All prejudices take their origin in the intestines. A sedentary life is the real sin against the Holy Spirit.” (Ecce Homo)

(I have whole video about Metabolism and Instincts coming out soon!)

To break free, prioritize vitality. Focus on nutrient-dense, animal-based diets like grass-fed meat and fruit to clear toxins, support metabolic health, and restore balance. The stronger your metabolism and hormones, the sharper your instincts become. Stress and stagnation and modern diets, on the other hand, weaken digestion and block energy, leading to decay on all levels.

I can’t go down all the health rabbit holes here with you, but ultimately, A Slow digestion, is the cause of sluggish thinking, dull feeling, and lack of instinctual life. This is the death of all higher men and higher deeds.

For me, transforming my health this summer—changing my diet and spending three weeks hiking in the mountains—was life-changing. While in the wilderness, I started my personal youtube channel. It was the easiest, most natural, and joyful thing I have ever done since childhood.

I remember shooting my first 3 videos, and crying tears of joy as a romped back down the mountain. It felt like YEARS of storms suddenly cleared, and the sun was shining again. There was no resistance to the work anymore, just natural expression flowing forth from my instincts.

As my digestion and hormones continue to heal after years of abuse, my life becomes increasingly frictionless. Almost instinctual.

The healthier you are, the more you enjoy a walk in the forest. Writing, thinking, speaking, exploring, conquering, all fell joyful. You become more relaxed, and your INUTITION SPEAKS. And in this you become a living embodiment of your will to power.

This is why all of Nietzsche’s most genius and inspired ideas came from periods of health hiking in the hills.

The purpose of life to me is to manifest your deepest nature. To live as an expression of your essence. And this can only be accomplished by prioritizing vitality first and foremost, and from there, acting on your deeper instincts.

Amor fati my friends. And don’t forget to live dangerously today.
